AVIATION SECURITY POLICY

Asian One Air prioritizes the safety and security of all customers, and we realize that the security factor in aviation is one of the company foundations that must remain standing to sustain and support the company.

In achieving the vision, we have prepared the readiness of high-quality and reliable human resources with national security-appropriate certification standards, to anticipate acts of unlawful interference in each flight.

Aviation security cannot operate sectorally but must be integrated and embedded as an absolute requirement in every individual at Asian One Air. Concepts and principles of aviation security are our commitment, where the enforcement of security is not only a function of the security officers as law enforcement and daily discipline, but also remains inseparable from our responsibility as the head of the company.

Security in aviation is a dynamic condition with coverage of complex risks. We have set up controlled safeguards in flight operations, starting with securing the transport of passengers and cargo, as well as aircraft while on the ground and/or in flight.

Aviation security is the responsibility of Management at Asian One Air, together with all employees, to continuously commit to:

  • a. Preventing and protecting flight operations of Asian One Air against acts of unlawful interference and aviation terrorism.
  • b. Implementing aviation security procedures relevant to Government Regulations and the Asian One Air security program.
  • c. Fulfilling the needs of human resources and/or aviation security personnel in accordance with the operational development of Asian One Air.
  • d. Preparing and providing funding and support facilities to implement the Asian One Air security program.
  • e. Supporting the implementation of the Air Transportation Security Program (PKAU).
  • f. Applying continuous security threat and risk management to identify potential threats and risks toward the flight operations of Asian One Air.
  • g. Supporting Security Contingency Plan training in accordance with the National Aviation Security Program.
  • h. Ensuring the confidentiality of documents related to the Asian One Air Security Program.
  • i. Promoting security awareness and the establishment of a security culture.
  • j. Periodically reviewing the policy to ensure its continuing relevance to the organization.

Therefore, we encourage all employees, based on their functions and duties, to take the highest responsibility and raise security awareness in performing the tasks assigned by the company.
