Safety is a corporate value of this company, and we believe in providing our employees and customers with a safe and healthy work environment starting with the Director.
a. Enforce the management of safety among the primary responsibility of all managers.
b. Clearly define for all staff their accountabilities and responsibilities for the delivery of safety performance.
c. Establish and implement hazard identification and risk management processes in order to eliminate or mitigate the risk associated with aircraft maintenance and operation to a point which is as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).
d. Comply with and wherever possible exceed legislative requirements and industry best practices.
e. Ensure sufficient skilled and trained resources are available to implement safety strategies and processes.
f. Ensure that all staff are provided with adequate and appropriate aviation safety information and training, are competent in safety matters, and are only allocated tasks commensurate with their skills.
g. Establish and continually improve our safety performance against realistic objectives and/or targets.
h. Ensure externally supplied systems and services to support our operation are delivered meeting safety performance standards.
Asian One Air provides a periodic policy review to ensure continuing relevance to organizational needs and to the requirements of Quality, Safety & Security performance standards.
